NUSS President Mr Edward S Tay reaffirmed the Society’s commitment in contributing annually towards the NUS Alumni Bursary Fund by presenting a $250,000 cheque to NUS President Prof Tan Eng Chye on 16 February 2021 during the Lunar New Year period. This will go towards providing financial assistance to needy students.
Also in attendance from NUS were Senior Deputy President and Provost Prof Ho Teck Hua and Director of NUS Office of Alumni Relations Mr Bernard Toh. Representing NUSS were Vice-President Mr Tong Hsien-Hui, Immediate Past President Mr Eddie Lee, Past President and current Management Committee member Mr Johnny Tan as well as CEO Mr Roy Higgs.
