Going Deep Human to Ride out the Crisis

The “Going Deep Human – How Human Capital is Shifting in a Post-pandemic World” conference on 19 November 2020 organised by the NUSS Human Capital Community of Practice (CoP), marked the first on-site event that the Society organised at the club premises with safe distancing measures put in place. Prior to this, the NUSS Human CoP had organised six webinar sessions for members and their guests.

Over a sumptuous dinner, members of the Human Capital CoP and their guests (capped at 50) had an engaging time hearing from the two speakers from Forest Wolf – Ms Crystal Lim-Lange, CEO and Dr Gregor Lim-Lange, co-founder and chief psychologist. With COVID-19 changing the approach to human capital, there is a need to possess adaptive resilience such as bouncing back, pursuing convictions and adopting a learning and growing mindset, as well as focus on survival strategies such as our internal mindsets, beliefs and self management skills evolving to keep pace with constant changes.
